Zero Tolerance Policy
City Medical Centre maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards unacceptable behavior by patients. Such behavior includes personal attacks, abusive or aggressive language, swearing, physical contact, or threatening gestures.
Any instance of physical abuse directed at a doctor or staff member by a patient or their family will be reported to the police and handled appropriately.
